The Owners provide the following agreement for the rental of the fully equipped house to the Guest.

Your holiday booking is based on a one week minimum stay during peak season, commencing and concluding on Saturdays (arrival after 16:00 with departure by 11:00 to allow for proper cleaning between rentals). Please phone or email to check latest availability and to reserve your gîte.
After confirming your desired rental dates, you will be sent an email requesting a security deposit of €150. Completion of security deposit acknowledges your agreement and acceptance of terms and conditions. This fee covers damage to the property or its contents and is fully refundable and returned within two weeks after departure, all being well. Damages exceeding the €150 deposit are the responsibility of the guest. Deposit fee will be returned by bank transfer or PayPal.
There is a one-off charge of €50 for final laundry/cleaning for two persons (€25 per additional guest).
Your rental fee is due at the latest, eight weeks before the start of the rental period. If your rental period is less than 8 weeks prior to the booking time then the full amount is required to reserve the rental.
In the case of cancellations, all fees will be refunded if the property is re-let. We shall try our utmost to do this but refunds are provided only when the house is re-let.
The maximum number of guests to reside on the property is stated at the time the reservation is made and must not exceed that stated unless arranged with the Owners.
Electricity and bottled gas for cook stove/oven is included in the rental fee year round.
Unlimited access to internet (wi-fi or hard wire) is included in rental fee year round.
The Guest must report to Owner or Caretaker, without delay, any defects in the property or breakdown in the equipment, services or appliances in the property. Arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as rapidly as possible.
The Owners are not liable to the Guest for the following:
- Any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or service in the property.
- Any loss or inconvenience caused to, or suffered by the Guest due to the seasonal unavailability of public services to the property or the surrounding area.
- Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Guest if the property is destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any event, the owners shall, within seven days of notification to the Guest, refund all sums previously paid for the rental.
- Any loss, damage or injury suffered by the Guest, their party, their vehicles or personal possessions whilst on the property.
In no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Guest exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period. The Guest is recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, accident etc., since these are not covered by the Owner's insurance.
